Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

The goal is to ensure that production processes profitably deliver products of maximum quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing weekly work schedules for maximum efficiency
• Ensuring the safe use of all production machine equipment and advising the assigned personnel for regular maintenance
• Identify issues in productivity and suggest improvement to your immediate head
• Responsible for informing all team members on daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Monitor and prioritize production workflow to meet targets and deadlines
• Submission and creation of weekly reports on both performance and progress
• Supervise the entire operation with an aim of high performance
• Ensuring compliance with professional standards such as health & safety, as well as customer requirements
• Guarantee that all supplies are on hand to meet all production needs
• Coordinate with existing departments
• Keep a healthy working environment among staff members
• Advise management on potential equipment or facility concerns/failures that may directly affect quality, productivity, and safety
• Other related tasks that the management may require
• Apply 5S principles

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate of a 4‑year course: Food Technology/Industrial Engineering or a bachelor’s degree in any field or with equivalent work experience in a food manufacturing facility as a Production Officer or Supervisor
• 2‑5 years of experience as Production Supervisor
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
• Knowledge in handling food manufacturing machines (e.g., encapsulating, filling, bottling, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of ISO and FDA standards is essential

• Familiarity with production planning processes, warehouse and plant operations, safety regulations, proper documentation, filing, etc. is preferred
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean Six Sigma
