Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Risk Officer to join its UK Banking and Financial Services team in Quezon City. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial risk operations, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess financial and operational risks.

• Identify potential risk exposures and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

• Review risk-related cases, transactions, and operational activities.

• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to risk assessments and findings.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address risk-related concerns and improve operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate.

• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience as a Risk Officer within the BPO or Shared Services industry.

• Banking or financial risk management experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in Voice or Collections operations is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule aligned with UK business hours.

• Willing to work 100% onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City.
