Job description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading global producer of industrial minerals in their search for a Production Packaging Engineer based in Cavite.

Salary Range: ₱34,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Compressed Work week: M-Th 12 hours; Fri 8 hours

Location: Cavite

Your Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Evaluating plant status at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure seamless transitions and identifying any unresolved technical issues.
• Production Optimization: Monitoring throughput against targets, identifying causes for any production drops, and adjusting operating parameters to maximize efficiency.
• Equipment Oversight: Taking direct accountability for the use, troubleshooting, and repair of roto-packing machines and other critical packaging equipment.
• Resource Coordination: Managing dispatch schedules, manpower, and material requirements based on historical trends and current needs
• Subcontractor Supervision: Overseeing agency workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and closing out processes.
• Quality & Reporting: Maintaining accurate data within SAP, managing inventory records, and providing clear, comprehensive shift reports.
• Maintenance & Inspection: Performing routine walk‑by inspections and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure high equipment reliability.

What we're looking for:

• Min. of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry, specifically in production set‑up.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical parts, equipment, and packaging machine
• Knowledgeable in using Human Machine Interface (HMI) and parameter setting
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment
• Experienced in operation of big machines
• College graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, Licensure is not required
