Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting is seeking a Production Supervisor for a global chemicals leader in Silang, Cavite. You will oversee daily production, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, including repackaging of adhesive products, and drive process improvements on site.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 3+ years in chemical production, plus knowledge of ISO 9001 and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of production operations experience with chemical products.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EHS standards; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, productivity, safety, and delivery targets.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on orders and business needs.
• Manage and improve production processes, workflows, and resource use.
• Supervise adhesive repackaging and ensure quality and technical standards.
• Monitor costs, waste, and efficiency; drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO 9001, EHS, and regulations.
• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Support audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Oversee equipment, safety, inspections, and emergency readiness.
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop production personnel as the team grows.

Salary Range: up to ₱45,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Silang, Cavite

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations for chemical/adhesive products. The role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production, including the repackaging of adhesive products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, productivity, safety, and delivery targets.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer orders and business requirements.
• Manage and continuously improve production processes, workflows, and resource utilization.
• Supervise adhesive repackaging and ensure products meet established quality and technical standards.
• Monitor production performance, costs, waste, and efficiency, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO 9001 requirements, EHS standards, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Oversee production equipment, workplace safety, inspections, and emergency preparedness.
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop production personnel as the team expands.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in production operations involving chemical products — must-have.
• Strong understanding of production planning, process improvement, quality management, and cost control.
• Knowledge or awareness of EHS and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, careful, and cooperative.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Having a personal vehicle is an advantage, as occasional work may be required at a third-party warehouse in Laguna.
