Job summary

Denso Ten Philippines Corporation is seeking a Production Engineer to join our Laguna-based manufacturing team. You will analyze production systems, drive Kaizen improvements, and support new model preparation for inspection equipment.

The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with preference for experience in the semiconductor industry. Overtime may be required on regular days, rest days, and holidays to meet production needs.

Qualifications

Licensed Engineer is an advantage
Graduate with BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics and Communications Engineering
Experience as Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer
Preferably with experience in the Semiconductor Industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willing to be assigned at Laguna Technopark, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Amenable to rendering overtime on regular days, rest days, and holidays when necessary

Responsibilities

Analyze production systems and implement Kaizen initiatives from input to output processes.
Monitor manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and productivity improvement.
New Model Preparation for Inspection Equipment: test circuit design, test program making, debugging and evaluation of test/inspection equipment, quality analysis related to test/inspection equipment, MSA, PPK analysis, and involvement in Process Design, DR, FMEA, QCPC.
Conduct analyses of 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method), sales plans, and production achievement performance.
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers regarding issues that may impact productivity and delivery commitments.
Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams to align material availability, production capacity, and business objectives.
Handle expediting and delivery of parts (Imported/Local).
