PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

Your role is to support the Production Supervisor with the day-to-day line management of the department. You are expected to ensure that production of items are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in adherence to the company's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the production operations
• Implement the daily work plan for the production personnel
• Resolve production operational problems on time and reports any deviation/issues to the Supervisor
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of customer orders
• Perform record-keeping and reporting tasks

Requirements and Skills :

• A graduate of any engineering courses but with high preference to Industrial, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• With at least 2 years experience in production operations, 1 year of which is in a team lead role
• Preferably with experience in a construction or manufacturing industry
• Understands the basics of production management and operations
• Highly analytical and good problem solving skills
• Good communication skills and exemplifies good interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
