Job summary

PELOZDEN RSS INC. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support the coordination of work orders, installation activities, tradesmen, stock, and production administration for an Australian client.

You will work closely with the National Production Manager, state production managers, sales, administration, warehouse, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production/Operations/Project coordination or similar role.
• Strong admin and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, or field teams.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP, job management, inventory systems; Hive desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses or construction-related operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders from production through installation and completion.
• Maintain accurate production records and update job statuses in the system.
• Monitor installation schedules and ensure timely progress.
• Prepare weekly production and installation progress reports.
• Identify potential problem jobs and coordinate with Sales Manager to resolve.
• Coordinate with tradesmen and installation teams to meet standards.
• Monitor stock requirements and support stock purchasing.
• Coordinate with warehouse regarding stock movements.
• Monitor installation budgets and support targets.
• Review completed job documentation for accuracy.
