Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations and ensure quality and efficiency. The role focuses on meeting production targets while upholding GMP standards, safety, and sanitation across the plant.

You will set efficiency targets, monitor materials quality, and supervise daily setup, equipment maintenance, and production scheduling, while developing your team to boost performance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of related field experience is required.
• Preferably with Supervisory/Assistant Manager/Manager background.
• Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set efficiency targets for each function to meet quality targets.
• Support and participate in GMP food safety and sanitation processes.
• Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, and processes.
• Oversee daily setup and cleanup of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Set schedules and communicate them to production teams to hit plans.
• Effectively manage personnel to improve daily tasks and efficiency.
