Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Production Coordinator for onsite work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. The role involves administering production jobs, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation for timely delivery.

You will maintain records, manage job cards and drawings, and support inventory and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate has solid production administration experience and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Administration, Production Administration, Operations Administration, or Manufacturing Administration.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and document management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter new customer jobs into the production management system accurately and on time.
• Create and issue production job cards with complete documentation before production begins.
• Maintain accurate production records, drawings, photographs, specifications, and notes.
• Coordinate with customers to obtain missing drawings, PO, specifications, photos, or other docs.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on delays to ensure timely delivery.
