Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking a capable Logistics and Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will plan daily deliveries, coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Drivers, and On-Call Teams, and optimize vehicle and manpower utilization to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse coordination, dispatch, or similar roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Logistics Coordination: plan daily delivery, pull-out, ingress, and egress schedules; maximize vehicle and manpower utilization.
• Vehicle Management: monitor maintenance, PMs, repairs, cleanliness, roadworthiness; manage registrations, insurance, inspections, and claims.
• Warehouse & Inventory Coordination: monitor inventory movement, quality checks, warehouse organization; document damages and audits.
• Administrative & Process Support: prepare operational reports and maintain logistics records.
• Coordinate Purchases, Payments, Permits, And Other Operational Requirements; suggest process improvements and support other tasks.

Education
