• Supervise paring, drying, and collection processes to optimize quality and yield.
• Enforce GMP, workplace safety, 6S standards, hygiene, and audit-ready records.

About the Role

Axelum Resources Corp. is looking for a Production Assistant to oversee daily plant operations, monitor personnel performance, and conduct regular inspections within assigned areas. The successful candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety practices are consistently achieved while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to support efficient and orderly nut processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, inspection, weighing, and documentation of nuts, ensuring quality, traceability, and accurate inventory records.

• Oversee bodega operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, while monitoring production targets, workforce performance, and attendance.

• Ensure product quality throughout all processing stages by enforcing quality standards, managing rejects, and coordinating corrective actions.

• Supervise paring, drying, and collection processes to optimize product quality, yield, and by-product utilization.

• Enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), workplace safety, and 6S standards through regular inspections, proper hygiene practices, and audit-ready documentation.
