Job summary

FITRITE, INC. is seeking a Production Assistant to support the production supervisor in daily operations within our food manufacturing facility in Metro Manila.

This role helps coordinate production activities, monitor processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will maintain accurate production records, assist in meeting daily targets, and collaborate with Warehouse, QA, Maintenance, and other teams to sustain uninterrupted production while following approved

Responsibilities

• Assist the production supervisor in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities
• Help ensure production schedules and daily targets are achieved according to approved plans
• Monitor production lines and report operational issues, delays, abnormalities, and equipment concerns to the production supervisor
• Monitor the availability and proper use of raw materials, packaging materials, ingredients, and other production supplies
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments as necessary to support uninterrupted production
• Help ensure production activities are carried out according to approved procedures, work instructions, production standards, and specifications
• Immediately elevate significant production issues to the production supervisor
• Ensure production documents are completed accurately, legibly, and on time

About the role

The Production Assistant supports the production supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the food manufacturing production area. The role assists in coordinating production activities, monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting production employees to achieve daily production targets.
