Job summary

Axelum Resources Corp. is seeking a Production Assistant to oversee daily plant operations, monitor personnel performance, and conduct regular inspections within assigned areas to ensure efficiency, quality, and GMP compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field, with 2–3 years in a food or nut processing environment and proven organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (as listed).
2–3 years in a food processing, nut processing, or crop handling environment.
GMP knowledge and food safety standards.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Critical-thinking and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance principles.
Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise receiving, inspection, weighing, and documentation of nuts with focus on quality and inventory traceability.
Oversee storage and issuance of raw materials, monitor production targets and workforce performance.
Ensure product quality across all processing stages and manage rejects and corrective actions.
Supervise paring, drying, and collection processes to optimize quality and yield.
Enforce GMP, workplace safety, 6S standards, hygiene, and audit-ready records.
