Job Summary

Supports Visayas Poultry Operations by consolidating, monitoring, and analyzing production, inventory, hatchery, and breeding performance data. The role is responsible for generating operational reports, maintaining planning and inventory databases, and providing timely insights to support decision-making, operational efficiency, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance presentations for management review.

• Monitor and analyze production, breeding, hatchery, and inventory performance to support operational targets and supply planning.

• Maintain and update operational databases, forecasts, projections, and inventory records to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Prepare financial and operational reports, including accruals, inventories, and cost-related analyses.

• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders to support reporting, planning, and business review activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Accounting, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; SAP/ERP or reporting systems knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
