Job summary

Pilmico (an Aboitiz company) is looking for a Broiler Breeder Farm Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain strict biosecurity across the farm. You will supervise workers, monitor flocks, collect eggs, coordinate feed trials, and ensure accurate data recording and reporting.

Requirements include a degree in Agriculture/Animal Science, 2–5 years in broiler breeder operations, and a PRC license preferred.

• 2–5 years experience in broiler breeder operations
• Strong practical knowledge of bird handling, egg collection and farm routines
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• PRC License preferred

Job Description

The Broiler Breeder Farm Supervisor is responsible for the execution, control, and discipline of all day-to-day farm operations, ensuring that production activities are carried out accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with established SOPs and biosecurity standards.
