San Miguel Foods in the Philippines invites an Operations Analyst to support Visayas Poultry by consolidating, monitoring, and analyzing production, inventory, hatchery, and breeding data to generate actionable reports and insights for decision-making.

The role involves maintaining planning databases, coordinating with Operations, Finance, Logistics, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting, and contributing to efficiency improvements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Graduates in IE, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Accounting, or related fields.
Proficient in Excel; SAP/ERP or reporting systems knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Monitor production, breeding, hatchery, and inventory performance to support planning.
Maintain and update operational databases, forecasts, and inventories.
Prepare financial and operational reports, including accruals and cost analyses.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders to support reporting and planning.
