Responsibilities

• Lead in job analysis for current staff to create accurate job descriptions and workload estimates.
• Validate and align work instructions and tasks with time-and-motion studies.
• Assess current workloads to determine overtime needs or additional workloads.
• Study processes and workflows to identify productivity improvements.
• Conduct internet research on performance, productivity, and efficiency metrics.
• Support other corporate tasks as assigned.

The Job Analyst is mainly responsible for data gathering and analysis of any job’s content, work load, processes and measures or results including indicators of efficiency and effectiveness as inputs to comprehensive job description, and decision making in creation of a new post, hiring/recruitment, and or transfer or promotion. The job also entails initiatives, research and or assistance related to tasks, processes- and systems-analyses of how jobs are performed aimed at improving efficiency and productivity in any unit within the company.

Minimum Experiences/ Qualifications:

• Candidate must at least be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering and/ or three-year degree related to Engineering

• Must have advanced knowledge and competencies in organizational engineering, survey and advanced statistics,

• Good written and oral communication skills in English and local language

• Academic knowledge of engineering standards in productivity

• Proficient with MS Office/ WPS applications

Your scope of responsibilities shall include:

• Regularly leads in the conduct of job analysis of current staff for comprehensive and accurate job description, potential task improvements and revisions, and work loading computation, and those requested for new PRFs;

• As requested or directed, validates person-led processes and work instructions, and or related job tasks and activities of positions with time and motion study to determine actual and workload expansions;

• As directed, verifies current workloads to determine reasonableness of overtime and/or assignment of additional workloads;

• Studies systems, work processes and work flows to determine more efficient ways to improve productivity involving human resources;

• Conducts internet research on performance, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness concepts, systems, standards and metrics;

• May be involved in other corporate tasks and activities as assigned; and performs other tasks as assigned from time to time.
