Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Broiler Breeder Farm Supervisor to oversee day-to-day farm operations, supervise staff, monitor flocks, ensure biosecurity, and manage egg collection and data reporting.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Agriculture/Animal Science, 2–5 years in broiler breeder ops, and strong Excel and communication skills. PRC license is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture / Animal Science (preferred).
• 2–5 years experience in broiler breeder operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of bird handling, egg collection and farm routines.
• PRC License (Preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Broiler Breeder Farm Supervisor is responsible for the execution, control, and discipline of all day-to-day farm operations, ensuring that production activities are carried out accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with established SOPs and biosecurity standards.
• Oversee daily farm operations, supervise workers, monitor flocks, manage egg collection and quality control, enforce biosecurity, coordinate feed trials, and record data for reporting.
• Maintain equipment and facilities, coordinate schedules, and perform administrative farm support duties including inventory and documentation.
