Job summary

Conduent Philippines is seeking a trainer for our BPO operations in Pasay. The role requires 2 years of BPO experience as Trainer, excellent English communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

This on-site position at Mall of Asia Complex offers shifting schedules and a fast-paced environment. You will coach staff, support performance reviews, and help develop training materials while maintaining client SLA alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BPO experience as Trainer.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Fluent in English.
• At least 2nd year College.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
• Familiarity with using different sourcing software and application.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to work onsite in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedules.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring staff.
• Reviews work completion for accuracy.
• Assigns jobs, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Monitors program and project workflow.
• Understands client SLA's and facilitates internal and external calibration sessions.
• Ensures daily work is completed.
• Prepares statistical reporting for senior leadership review.
• Supports performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Assists in interviewing candidates.
• Provides training for team members through demonstrations and discussions.
• Works to create a list of processes and sub-processes.
• Creates standards for documentation of policies, procedures, and defining records.
• Ensures adequacy checks on documents that have been created.
• Conducts process writing workshops for business operations.
• Establishes a process to identify, index, classify, codify, store, and retrieve documents.
• Maintains version controls for documents and records.
• Develops and implements improvement programs, initiatives, and processes.
• Conducts audits and reviews data/documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
