Job summary

Littelfuse is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in Batangas, Philippines. You will be the liaison for product information and help resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency, handling inquiries about orders, pricing, shipping details, and lead times.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 5–7 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers non-standard inquiries about the products ordered, product offerings, and offers minimal technical assistance.
• Provides accurate, valid, and complete order information to customers.
• Communicates with customers regarding price discrepancies, shipping information, dates and lead times.
• Tracks product issues and identifies if trends exists; reports issues to manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
