Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Customer Success Representative in the Philippines to ensure customers achieve the desired outcomes while using our products. You will be the main contact for customers, build strong relationships, and keep them informed about orders, shipping changes, and pricing issues.

Collaborate with Planning, Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to meet customer needs, prepare reports, and assist with inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office with basic SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions and support tickets quickly and help solve their problems.
• You will be the main contact for customers, build good relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep customers updated about orders, including status, shipping date changes, and pricing issues.
• Work with planning and warehouse teams to prevent delivery issues; prepare reports and track performance.
• Assist with inventory issues, including returns and stock adjustments; support cross-functional teams.
