Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to act as a liaison, delivering product information and assisting customers with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, providing order details, communicating shipping and pricing information, and tracking issues to report trends to management. 5–7 years of experience and proficiency in MS Office are preferred; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or two-year technical/trade degree preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answers non-standard inquiries about the products ordered, product offerings, and offers minimal technical assistance.
• Provides accurate, valid, and complete order information to customers.
• Communicates with customers regarding price discrepancies, shipping information, dates and lead times.
• Tracks product issues and identifies if trends exists; reports issues to manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
