Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking an entry-level technical support professional in Cebu City, Philippines. You will investigate and resolve client tickets, expand your product knowledge, and deliver exceptional support by phone and email.

You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor requests, and participate in QA testing while developing expertise in a key component of the Cobalt AMS platform. Hybrid work arrangement is involved.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a technical or training field.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve client support tickets, developing troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.
• Research and implement innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs, expanding technical expertise.
• Deliver exceptional client support via phone and email, honing communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, learning from experienced colleagues and contributing to project success.
• Proactively monitor incoming support requests, gaining insights into client challenges and platform performance.
• Participate in quality assurance testing, contributing to high-quality product releases.
• Develop specialized expertise in a key component of the Cobalt AMS platform, becoming a valuable asset to the team.
• Create user-friendly documentation and deliver engaging training sessions, enhancing communication and presentation skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
