Maxipro Corp. Consultancy, Inc. is seeking a Medical Technologist to join our field training and client-support team.

The role involves studying product specifications, conducting trainings for service teams across the country, and delivering effective product demonstrations to clients and end-users. Applicants should have a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science with a valid license (ASCP preferred) and substantial knowledge of laboratory equipment and

• Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology or clinical laboratory science.
• Medical Laboratory license or ASCP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, tests and procedures.
• Ability to prepare and analyze biological samples accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Study product specifications and conduct research to understand assigned products.
• Provide product training to service team nationwide to improve client service quality.
• Conduct product training for clients.
• Offer technical support to Sales through demonstrations and training for clients/end-users.
• Review and update field teams on new product developments and competitor information.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and training.
• Adhere to best practices in laboratory science and stay updated on field advancements.

Description

• Study all specifications of the product/s assigned, and conduct research to further understand the product/s if necessary.

• Conduct product training to Service team to enable them to provide better quality service to clients all over the country.

• Conduct product training to clients.

• Provide the Sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product, by conducting an effective demonstration and training to the clients/end-users.

• Review product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

• Adhering to best practices in medical laboratory sciences and keeping up with advancements in the field.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Overtime

Willingness to travel:

100% (Preferred)

Experience:

• Bachelor of science degree with a focus on medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or similar.

• Medical Technologist (ASCP) or medical laboratory license

• In-depth knowledge of medical laboratory equipment, techniques, tests, and procedures.

• Advanced knowledge in preparing and analyzing biological samples.

• Proficiency in inventorying supplies and maintaining laboratory equipment.

• Exceptional ability in summarizing and reporting test results.

• Extensive experience in collaborating with healthcare providers and specialists.

• Knowledge of best practices and advancements in the field of laboratory sciences.

• Willing to be trained here at Greenhills, San Juan before deploying at Bicol Area, Cebu Area and Mindanao Area.
