Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Product Manager (Auto) in Makati on a hybrid basis. You will drive growth of the auto loan portfolio by shaping product and marketing initiatives, and by building strong partnerships with stores and brokers.

You will analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance loan offerings, support sales performance, and ensure a positive customer experience while collaborating with Sales, Credit, Service Delivery and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years in sales, product management, business development, marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, auto financing or financial services is a plus.
• Experience in managing partnerships, driving business growth, and implementing marketing initiatives.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and business performance data.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of auto loan portfolio by developing and executing product and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with stores, clients, brokers, and partners to generate new loan opportunities and strengthen accounts.

What the role will entail

• Drive the growth of the Bank's auto loan portfolio by developing and executing product and marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Holder of a bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, product management, business development, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, auto financing, product development, or financial services is an advantage.
• Experience in managing partnerships, driving business growth, and implementing marketing initiatives.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and business performance data to support strategic decisions.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive successful partnerships.
