Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree; statistics/math/economics/analytics fields preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcomed; 3+ years experience considered.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in MIS reports and KPI dashboards is a plus.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, portfolio, and market data to support strategic planning and growth opportunities for Auto Loans.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and performance monitoring tools for insights into portfolio and performance.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies that drive profitability, billings growth, and net interest income.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, profitability analyses, and market research to identify trends and improvements.
• Support policy, process, and system improvement initiatives through data gathering and requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders to balance growth with risk.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any four-year course; degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply; candidates with at least three (3) years of experience in strategy, analytics, marketing, or business intelligence are also encouraged.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, KPI dashboards, performance reports, and portfolio analyses is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking operations, business analytics, market intelligence, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, stakeholder management, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
