Qualifications

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years in sales, product management, business development, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending, auto financing, or financial services is a plus.
• Experience managing partnerships and driving business growth.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights for strategic decisions.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of the Bank's auto loan portfolio by developing and executing product and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with stores, clients, brokers, and business partners to generate new loan opportunities.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to enhance auto loan products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders to improve product offerings and customer experience.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs that support business objectives.
• Monitor product performance, loan bookings, and campaign results, and prepare recommendations to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and product governance standards.
