Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Product Manager (Auto) to drive growth in the auto loan portfolio by developing product and marketing initiatives and building strong relationships with stores and partners. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance loan offerings and support sales performance.

Hybrid work arrangement in Taguig and Makati, with collaboration across Sales, Credit, and Service Delivery to improve products and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, product management, business development, marketing, or related fields, preferably in banking or automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, auto financing, product development, or financial services.
• Experience in managing partnerships, driving business growth, and implementing marketing initiatives.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate findings into business cases and management memoranda.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

What We're Looking For

• Holder of a bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, product management, business development, marketing, or related fields, preferably gained within the banking industry or automotive dealership sector.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, auto financing, product development, or financial services, with experience in managing the end-to-end delivery and implementation of lending product initiatives
• Experience in managing partnerships, driving business growth, and implementing marketing initiatives.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and translate findings into concept papers, business cases, and management memoranda that support credit enhancements, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive successful partnerships.
