Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. MBA) or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience in product development and management within financial or fintech industries.
• Experience in roles such as product manager, product owner, business process analyst, or sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies across key growth pillars, including Cross‑Border, Affluent, Everyday Spend, and Emerging Solutions, driving business growth, client adoption, and market share.
• Lead end‑to‑end product initiatives from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation, commercialization, and performance tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Executives, and regional product teams to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate client adoption and portfolio growth.
• Serve as the market subject matter expert, ensuring local product strategies align with market realities, client priorities, and organizational objectives.
• Drive product portfolio performance by monitoring and driving business outcomes, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting revenue objectives.
