Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Product Manager for the Business Systems team to own the vStore and Partner Portal experiences end-to-end. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and more to deliver scalable, user-friendly partner tools.

You’ll lead strategy, requirements, and UX to ensure a seamless quote-to-order journey. This role is based on-site at Verkada’s San Mateo HQ, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Business, or other technical/analytical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in e-commerce/retail systems.
• Experience with marketplace platforms, CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Build streamlined features for pricing configurations, automated approvals, checkout, and fund requests.
• Own strategy, prioritization, PRDs, and UX for core partner platforms.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to define functional scope and drive decisions.
• Impact key metrics like self-service adoption, quote cycles, and order processing.
