Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Learning & Development, technical enablement, or technical training.
• Hands-on experience with technical lab/simulation tools.
• Knowledge of ADDIE instructional design framework.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical onboarding and role-based bootcamps.
• Create engaging learning assets with SMEs.
• Build and run interactive labs and workshops.
