The professional will partner with Training Facilitators and Producers to deliver high-impact learning solutions, while staying current with client process updates and innovations in AI-driven training approaches.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Articulate).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design best practices and training delivery.
• Organized with ability to meet varied timelines and priorities.
• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design roles.
• Familiar with LMS platforms and technologies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced training materials.
• Deliver a training package to Trainers.
• Evaluate and enhance learning materials regularly.
