Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer (B2B is a plus).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in small groups and one-on-one.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and sales methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for new hires and current team members.
• Train clients and internal staff on product features, best practices, useful tips, and onboarding processes.
• Promote the highest level of product adoption across the sales team.
• Deliver training for new hires, product updates, and refresher sessions as needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify content to address skill gaps.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure training aligns with team goals and quotas.
