Job summary

CreditAccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc. is seeking a Product Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, sales teams, and branch personnel. You will collaborate with Product Development, Lending, and Risk teams to keep content accurate and aligned with business goals.

The role aims to ensure knowledgeable, confident staff who can effectively promote and support company products, driving customer experience and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, HR, communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in training, L&D, product management, sales enablement, or related function.
• Experience in financial services, banking, microfinance, or lending is an advantage.
• Experience in curriculum development and training facilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training Design and Development: Develop and maintain product training curricula, modules, presentations, job aids, and e-learning materials.
• Create product certification programs and assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
• Update training materials whenever product features, policies, or processes change.
• Simplify technical product information into practical, learner-friendly content.
• Training Delivery: Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job product training sessions.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for newly hired employees on company products.
• Deliver refresher courses and advanced product knowledge sessions for existing employees.
• Ensure training programs are engaging, interactive, and aligned with adult learning principles.
• Product Knowledge Management: Serve as the SME on assigned products and stay updated on launches.
• Communicate product updates and changes promptly to regional operations and to other relevant teams.
