Job summary

COL Financial Group, Inc. seeks a Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding, product knowledge, compliance, licensing, and sales training for our teams in Metro Manila.

You will develop materials, deliver in-person and virtual sessions, assess training effectiveness, and coordinate webinars and related events, while collaborating with Compliance, Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure content alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, OD, BA or related field.
• 2–5 years in instructional design or training delivery is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CUSP, CIS, or CSR preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Organized, reliable, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with basic graphic design/presentation tools is a plus.
• Initiative, professionalism, and a genuine interest in enabling the success of others.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training programs covering onboarding, product knowledge, compliance, licensing, and sales.
• Develop and maintain training materials and learning tools.
• Deliver trainings in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and assessment tools.
• Collaborate with compliance, marketing, sales and operations to align content.
• Apply graphic design to training materials for clarity and engagement.
• Maintain accurate training records for monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate and run webinars, learning sessions and events.
• Continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance outcomes.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
