Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an operational leader to manage Procure-to-Pay processes and team, overseeing high‑value transactions and driving continuous improvement across facilities to ensure on‑time delivery in full (OTIF).

The role requires deep P2P knowledge, spend analytics, contract resolution, and strong cross‑functional collaboration with sourcing, facilities, legal, and finance, while coaching the team and ensuring ISO standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead P2P operational excellence strategies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage high-value and high-volume transactions, evaluate PRs against inventory, and endorse/approve Purchase Orders within spend thresholds.
• Partner with strategic sourcing and operational units to select vendors offering maximum quality and lowest landed cost.
• Collaborate with facilities, technical, legal, and financial teams to resolve contract issues, warranty claims, and short shipments.
• Coach, train, and develop direct reports, set performance targets, and manage team performance reviews and succession planning.
• Ensure operational adherence to integrated management standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 55001, 50001, 22301).

We are seeking an operational leader to manage our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and team. The Procurement Team Lead will oversee high-value operational transactions, drive continuous process improvement, and lead cross-functional alignment to ensure on-time delivery in full (OTIF) across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• P2P Leadership & Optimization: Lead Procure-to-Pay operational excellence strategies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Transaction Oversight: Manage high-value and high-volume transactions, evaluate PRs against inventory, and endorse/approve Purchase Orders within spend thresholds.

• Vendor & Logistics Management: Partner with strategic sourcing and operational units to select vendors offering maximum quality and lowest landed cost.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with facilities, technical, legal, and financial teams to resolve contract issues, warranty claims, and short shipments.

• People Management: Coach, train, and develop direct reports, set performance targets, and manage team performance reviews and succession planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Science, or Engineering.

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement with demonstrated leading experience.

• Deep knowledge of end-to-end P2P operations, spend analytics, and contract resolution.

• High proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
