Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities and vendor management in the Philippines. The role drives cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance while leading a procurement team to meet departmental goals.

The candidate should have 3+ years in procurement or P2P, with 1+ year of supervisory experience and strong negotiation or analytical skills. Travel is occasional as needed to supplier meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field.
• 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or P2P.
• 1+ year supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, P2P, sourcing, supplier management, and contract compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities, from PR to PO and payment coordination.
• Oversee supplier sourcing, onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, SLAs, supplier performance, and transaction accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team to meet goals and targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve procurement concerns and ensure business requirements are met.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and ensure proper procurement documentation and compliance.
