Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Procurement Operations Supervisor to lead our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) program. You will oversee high-value transactions, optimize processes, and work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery in full.

The role emphasizes supplier performance, cost control, and compliance with ISO standards, while coaching a team and driving continuous improvement across procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or Behavioral Science.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field with leadership experience.
• Core competencies include decision-making, analytical thinking & problem solving, communication, project management, and supply risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, optimize, and manage day-to-day Procure-to-Pay activities to support operational requirements.
• Directly manage high-value and high-volume transactions, approve/endorse POs within spend thresholds, and collaborate with sourcing specialists for long-term contracts.
• Lead end-to-end engagement with technical, legal, and commercial teams; oversee vendor selection and performance for lowest landed cost.
• Coordinate with business units and facilities for advance sourcing plans and to resolve contractual issues (rejections, short shipments).
• Coach, train, and develop direct reports; set performance metrics and conduct reviews.
• Drive process improvements, document processes, produce management reports, and manage group budgets.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 55001, 50001, 22301 in operations.
