The role covers PR-to-PO execution, logistics coordination, vendor relationship management, and ongoing system/process optimization to improve P2P efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Behavioral Science, or Engineering.
• 1–3 years of hands-on purchasing, procurement operations or supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• PR-to-PO execution: evaluate PRs, issue RFQs/RFPs, negotiate pricing and terms, and process POs.
• Logistics & import coordination with freight forwarders and government agencies.
• Vendor management and SSAs; resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies.
• Optimize P2P cycle times and maintain ERP vendor master (Oracle/Maximo).

Job Overview

We are seeking an operational Purchasing Specialist to handle day-to-day procurement execution, supplier coordination, and purchasing workflows.

In this role, you will evaluate requisitions, conduct RFx processes, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services in full to support operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  PR-to-PO Execution: Evaluate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for completeness, issue RFQs/RFPs to qualified vendors, evaluate offers on a level playing field, negotiate pricing and terms, and process Purchase Orders.

  
  


• 
  

  Logistics & Import Coordination: Oversee product delivery schedules, coordinate cargo insurance, and work with freight forwarders and government agencies (Bureau of Customs, PEZA) for imported goods movement.

  Vendor & Supply Agreement Management: Maintain relationships with local and foreign vendors, resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies (short shipments, warranty claims), and utilize established Supply & Service Agreements (SSAs).

  System & Process Optimization: Partner with SCM teams to optimize P2P cycle times, maintain the vendor database in ERP systems (Oracle/Maximo), manage contract variations, and execute scrap disposal biddings.

  Compliance & Standards: Adhere strictly to company Quality, EHS, Data Security, and Asset Management guidelines (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001).

  
  

Qualifications

  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Behavioral Science, or Engineering.

  Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement operations, or supply chain execution.
