Job summary

Estancia De Lorenzo, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Supervisor with a background in supply chain and hospitality who can drive sourcing, supplier evaluation, and cost control for food, beverages, hotel supplies, equipment, and services.

The ideal candidate will provide team leadership, strong negotiation, and data-driven decision making, while maintaining quality standards and efficient inventory management using MS Office and purchasing systems. Based in Metro Manila, Marikina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Relevant procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in hotel and resort industry.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with purchasing food, beverages, hotel supplies, equipment, and services.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and purchasing or inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• High integrity and ability to maintain cost efficiency and quality standards.
