Job summary

THE EUROPEAN HAIR FACTORY INC. in the Philippines seeks a Purchasing Supervisor to oversee the Purchasing Department and daily procurement activities. You will review requests, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and monitor supplier performance. ERP/SAP experience is preferred and a strong adherence to purchasing policies is required.

The role emphasizes coordination with internal teams, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring timely deliveries while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, or related field is required.
• 2-3 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing or production purchasing experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; ERP or SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Purchasing Department and daily procurement activities.
