Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation in Laguna, Philippines seeks a procurement professional to monitor stock levels, research suppliers, and manage the end-to-end purchase cycle. Fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply, and experience with international suppliers is a plus.

You will track orders, negotiate pricing, and maintain records of POs, invoices, and vendor contracts while coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure goods arrive in good condition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration preferred; Business Administration or Supply Chain Management also acceptable.
• Fresh graduates may apply, internship required.
• 6 months to 1 year purchasing/procurement experience required.
• Experience in importing/sourcing from international suppliers is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to prepare reports and cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels regularly and proactively identify purchasing needs.
• Research potential suppliers and conduct market analyses to track pricing trends.
• Manage the end-to-end purchase cycle, evaluate vendor offers, and negotiate printing competitive pricing.
• Track orders, follow up with suppliers on changes or updates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel to verify that all delivered goods arrive in excellent condition.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and maintain updated records of purchase orders (POs), invoices, and vendor contracts.
