Maximum Solutions Corporation in the Philippines (Laguna) is seeking a Purchasing/Procurement professional to oversee end-to-end purchasing, supplier research, and cost analysis. The role requires handling multiple contracts, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with warehouse teams to maintain stock integrity.

Fresh graduates with internship are welcome, with 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration preferred; related fields welcome.
• Fresh graduates are open to apply with internship.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement is required.
• Experience in importing/sourcing from international suppliers is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication and persuasive skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Monitor stock levels regularly and identify purchasing needs.
• Research potential suppliers and conduct market analyses to track pricing trends.
• Manage the end-to-end purchase cycle, evaluate vendor offers, and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Track orders, follow up with suppliers on changes or updates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel to verify delivered goods arrive in excellent condition.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and maintain updated records of purchase orders (POs), invoices, and vendor contracts.
