Job summary

evoke Group, operating through the Manila Finance Shared Services Center, seeks a Procurement Representative to support global procurement operations. You will create accurate PRs/POs in Oracle Fusion, ensure compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist with invoice issues while following established policies.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, process improvements, and documentation maintenance in a hybrid work environment based in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in a four-year business course; procurement/SCM background preferred.
• At least 3 years in Procurement/Contract Management, preferably in a BPO/shared services.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and agreeing terms in purchase contracts and service agreements.
• Knowledge of procurement/purchasing is essential; SCM knowledge desirable.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Finance System.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process PRs and POs in Oracle Fusion with accuracy and documentation.
• Monitor PR/PO approvals, coordinate amendments, cancellations, closures, and goods receipting.
• Identify non-compliant, duplicate, or retrospective purchasing requests.
• Manage aging invoice cases by coordinating with stakeholders to resolve PR/PO-related payments.
• Collaborate with business owners, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to support procurement activities.
• Resolve procurement-related queries and escalate contract, PR, or PO discrepancies as needed.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of procurement processes and documentation.
