Job summary

Accenture PLC in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Procurement Operations professional to manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) through Purchase Order (PO) creation and provide ongoing support for procurement transactions. The role involves reviewing and processing purchase requests, coordinating with requesters and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Procurement or Procurement Operations.
• Hands-on PR-to-PO processing experience.
• Experience reviewing requests per procurement policies or procedures.
• Experience handling post-PO issues, supplier and invoicing concerns.
• Proficient in ERP/procurement platforms such as Oracle/Zip/Navan/VNDLY.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, modify, approve, or reject PRs per guidelines.
• Convert approved PRs into accurate and timely POs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to issue POs on time.
• Resolve post-PO issues, supplier and invoicing concerns.
• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers on purchasing issues.
• Coordinate with requesters to resolve PR-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems.
• Support procurement platforms and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality targets.
