Job summary

SGS is seeking a Procurement Specialist in the Philippines to execute operational purchasing via Oracle iProcurement for standard materials and services, ensuring timely, cost-efficient requests and stakeholder communication. The role supports internal requesters and affiliates and requires a bachelor's degree.

You will create purchase orders in I-Proc, monitor orders, resolve delays, post goods receipts, and maintain documents in SharePoint, with hybrid onsite work and 2–6 months onsite as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years data entry and/or accounting / billing / purchasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. and Oracle i-proc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).
