You will maintain supplier qualifications and pricing records, prepare purchase requests and orders, and liaise with project teams to ensure timely deliveries and payments. The role is an on-site position with benefits including a 5-day work week, 14th-month pay, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical and or Electrical Engineering
• with related experience such as experience in procurement in construction and plant maintenance (oil/gas industry)
• soft skills: demonstrate teamwork, communication, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and request quotations for required materials and services
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment concerns
• Coordinating with project contractors / departments
• Maintaining and updating database of supplier qualifications and pricing records
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and related procurement documents.
