Job summary

MicroSourcing, Quezon City, is seeking a Procurement Associate to process daily purchase requests from multiple departments and sites. You will manage BOM tickets, source and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of end-to-end purchasing or procurement experience.
• Familiar with vendor evaluation, negotiation tactics and quotation analysis.
• Ability to track POs, handle invoicing and coordinate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase requests from different departments and sites in a timely manner.
• Manage ticketing workflows and BOM requests accurately.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with vendors for pricing, quality and reliability.
• Maintain vendor relationships and accreditation records.
• Prepare cost comparison summaries from quotations.
• Create and monitor POs for CAPEX, office supplies and other materials.
• Track delivery and receipt of goods; coordinate with Finance for invoicing and payments.
• Handle import/export requirements including permits (NTC, OMB, BOC, GTSB).
• Support telecom plan renewals/terminations and process improvement initiatives.
