Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Assistant for its on-site team in Bulacan (Guiguinto). No experience required.

This stay-in role offers a Monday-to-Friday 7am–7pm schedule and Saturday 7am–5pm; residents from far North areas may apply with relocation support. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and be proficient in MS Excel/Word and email. Responsibilities include reviewing PRs, sourcing suppliers, and creating POs in Zoho, with ongoing PO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Experience in purchasing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review Purchase Requisitions from various departments and project sites.
• Source and canvass to obtain competitive prices, quality, delivery schedules, and supplier terms.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) using the Zoho System.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders until delivery is completed.
