Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Procurement Category Specialist to lead strategic sourcing initiatives that optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance. The role is based in Taguig City with a hybrid work setup (2-3x a week on-site).

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or SCM and at least 1 year of procurement experience, especially in strategic sourcing for manpower or professional services.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of procurement experience, preferably in strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation skills with supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week RTO)

Work Shift: Day Shift

Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable depending on performance and client needs)
